Long Term Care Skilled Nursing Services

Registered and licensed practical nurses as well as certified nursing assistants are on duty 24 hours per day to meet all of the needs of the residents. Under the supervision of our Medical Director, we have a team of physicians attending to our residents.

Skin Care:

The multidisciplinary skin team focuses on wound prevention through provision of anti-pressure wheelchair cushions and mattresses as well as weekly monitoring of our newly admitted residents and those with a history of skin issues.

Hospice Care:
Our Lakeside team is well-trained and sensitive to end-of-life issues. It is our goal to make every moment a person spends with us as comfortable and pleasant as possible.
