Open Admission Policy Persons over the age of sixteen are admitted without regard to race, creed, color, sex, national origin, marital status, handicap, sexual preference, or ability to pay. A person is admitted based upon the recommendation of a physician and the ability of Lakeside to provide the appropriate level of care. Lakeside is a Medicare/Medicaid Certified facility.

Social Workers At Lakeside, we understand that searching for and applying to a Nursing Home can be confusing and sometimes intimidating. Our Social Work team will help you and your family through the process. They are available to each resident and family to help ease the transition to life at Lakeside and address any needs or concerns that develop throughout the continued residence.
